”Many husbands today pitch in to help with house chores–It’s called PARTNERSHIP”.
Special THANKs to my hubby for helping me in taking this picture ….I’m so excited to share this post today….
- 5-6 chicken boneless breasts, chopped
- 1 package, macaroni (orzo)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup peas and carrots, frozen
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
Add water in a pan along with chicken and boil and cook for 15 minutes till the chicken tenders over a medium heat. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Shred the chicken onto pieces with the help of a fork after 20 minutes.
In the meanwhile, boil pasta in a large pan with water according to the package cooking instructions. Ad a little oil while boiling pasta so that it may not stick together.
Heat oil in a pan over a medium heat,
Add the chopped garlic and stir fry for a minute.
Mix in the shredded chicken and cook till it changes its color.
Sprinkle salt, black pepper and garlic powder and mix well. Now pour the soya sauce and vinegar over the mixture and stir fry for a minute.
Stir in the peas and carrots and cook for 10 minutes over a medium heat till they become soft, stirring occasionally.
Now, in the end, mix in mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes over a medium-high heat stirring occasionally.
Add in the boiled macaroni and give it a good mix.
Remove from heat and transfer to a platter and serve hot with your favorite sauce!
