Noodles|Vegetable Noodles
A quick dinner idea for busy week nights.
It is healthy and delicious vegetable noodle soup that is easy to make.
Noodles|Vegetable Noodles
You can use any vegetables like carrots, cabbage, peas, capsicum, broccoli and cauliflower.
Ingredients
- 1 package Protein/Hakka Noodles
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1/4 cup cabbage, sliced
- 1 capsicum, julienne
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1/2 tso Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
STEP 1
Boil water in a large pan and add protein/Hakka noodles and cook according to the package instructions over a medium heat.
STEP 2
Add oil and salt while boiling, as it prevents the noodles from sticking together.
STEP 3
Drain off the water and pour a cold water over the noodles and set aside.
STEP 4
In the meanwhile, Place chopped garlic in a pan and sauté for 60 seconds over a medium heat and add chopped onion and cook til translucent.
STEP 5
Add the sliced carrots, cabbage, spinach in the pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, over a high heat till veggies are soft.
STEP 6
Now, add the sliced capsicum along with salt, black pepper soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili garlic sauce, chili sauce and vinegar and cook over a medium heat till soft.
STEP 7
Stir in boiled noodle and combine well till incorporated and cook for further 2 minutes.
STEP 8
Remove from heat and garnish and serve!
