If you are thinking for cream rolls, then this is the perfect recipe you’d have!
- Puff pastry sheets as required
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 180. Spray/brush the baking sheet with cooking spray.
Take out the pastry strips from the freezer and set aside for 10 minutes.
Take a bowl and add fresh cream, whipping cream, sugar, milk and vanilla and mix well.
Using an electric mixer, whip the cream mixture well until well combined and becomes thick enough.
Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface and put stuffing on one corner of the square puff pastry sheet.
Begin to roll one end of the edge, wrap the edge.
Next, bring the other side to the middle. Repeat that on the other side as well.
Dampen the edges of the pastry sheets. Roll it tightly towards the left over edge.
Seal it completely and cover with a damp cloth.
Arrange the tools on a prepared baking sheet , spreading out 2-3 inch strips. Sprinkle with sugar and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Sprinkle some powdered sugar and chocolate chips.

- Make sure that the cream is refrigerated before hand so that it gets thickened quickly. Keep ice cubes under the bowl. This way, the cream remains cold.
