Oatmeal

Oatmeal anyone?

You need to wake up early, go to work but you are hungry, craving for a nice, nutritious breakfast! However, you realize you don’t have time nor do you desire to prepare breakfast early in the morning!

No need to worry any more! Because I’ve got covered!!!

Oatmeal

Oatmeal is an excellent health snack. There are many recipes to learn about oatmeal and they have many variations like pitaya oatmeal, coconut pudding oatmeal, matcha oatmeal and even risotto. The rules are just to use oats, water, milk and honey.

To make it last into the next day, spread it all over the baking sheet and allow it to soak for several hours before you put it in the refrigerator.
The grain does not have to be whole grain like oatmeal: You can toss oatmeal into the baking sheet with either rice cakes or bread. If you do this, always make sure the rice cakes or bread is not dry when you take them out of the oven.

If you choose to serve it with milk, make sure you either use 2% milk or skim milk, they are much better for your teeth.
Start with oats, add cinnamon, nutmeg. Add one or two cups of milk or water and you are ready to go.

You can make it as sweet as you want it. This recipe is not too sweet. It does have a cinnamon taste and it is served hot.

Add chopped nuts and cook for 2 more minutes.
The following recipe adds 3 to 5 times more fruit (of any variety) to make it more flavorful and a perfect accompaniment to a summer feast. When you add more fruit, you just need to adjust the amount of syrup used. If^the sauce is too sweet, the fruit will taste bitter. Or add honey for a rich flavor.
This is quick and easy to make, but will keep for 3 days in the refrigerator!
