Ingredients

For The Dough

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2-3 teaspoon oil
  • 7-8 teaspoon of milk
  • 1 teaspoon yeast

For Pizza

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cups chicken boneless
  • 1-2 green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Milk if required
  • 1 slice of bread is required
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or ketchup
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 1/2 sliced capsicum
  • 1 pinch oregano

Directions

For The Dough

STEP 1
Combine yeast, sugar and lukewarm water in a bowl and allow to rise for 10 minutes.

STEP 2
In a mixer or a large mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, milk powder and salt and mix well.

STEP 3
While the mixer is running, add egg and mix well and add milk gradually until the dough is well combined.

STEP 4
Add oil gradually and beat dough on low speed for 2 minutes to make it smooth and add the yeast water and keep on mixing until dough forms into a ball. If you are using your hands to make a dough, knead for the next 3-4 minutes until it becomes non-sticky.

STEP 5
Drizzle a large bowl with oil generously or brush up the sides of the bowl with oil and transfer your dough to your oil-brushed bowl. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap or a cloth and let the dough rise at room temperature/warm place until doubles for about 1 hour.

STEP 6
Remove the plastic wrap from dough punch it down to release air bubbles. Place each dough ball in its own bowl and cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes to an hour while you prepare the sauce and other ingredients.

For The Pizza

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 475 for at least 30 minutes. Lightly grease pizza pan or baking sheet with with oil or non-sticky spray and sprinkle some cornmeal or semolina on the greased pizza pan and set aside.

STEP 2
Heat oil in a pan on a medium heat and add chopped onion and cook till it turns brown.

STEP 3
Place chicken in another pan along with water and cook over medium heat until no longer pink and juices runs clear. Cool and shred the chicken either with forks or hands.

STEP 4
Now add the shredded chicken in the cooked onion and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.

STEP 5
Mix in green chopped chilies, salt, turmeric and add soya sauce and black pepper, stirring constantly.

STEP 6
Add some milk to make it soft. If you think that the chicken is not enough, then you can add a bread slice dipped in milk.

Shape the dough

STEP 1
On a lightly floured work surface, flatten dough ball with your lightly floured hands and stretch out into a round: Turn and stretch the dough until it will not stretch further.

STEP 2
Make it thinner as you think it should be as it will slightly shrink and puff up during baking.

STEP 3
Brush dough top with olive oil. Use your finger tips to press down and make dents along the surface of the dough to prevent bubbling. Let rest for another 5 minutes.

For Topping

Prepare your desired toppings and make sure you are not going to load up each pizza with a lot of toppings as the crust will end up not crisp that way.

STEP 1

Spread with pizza sauce/ketchup and top with your favorite toppings.

STEP 2
Spread the chicken filling and sprinkle cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.

STEP 3
Pour one beaten egg on top.

STEP 4
Garnish the pizza dough top with capsicum and tomato and sprinkle oregano on top.

STEP 5
Its time to bake pizza for 20-25 minutes until it is nicely browned on the sides.

STEP 6
Remove from the oven and slice hot and serve immediately!

Notes

  • Make your dough couple of hours before you need it or for the best results, refrigerate until needed. its a little easier to roll out the dough when its not super cold but a little cold or make within 24 hours, as dough in the refrigerator still continue to rise.
  • Your water should be between 105F-110F .
  • You can divide the balls into 2 or 3 and you can put some dough balls with a light coat of oil in the freezer to use it later (freeze up to 3 months).
  • When ready to make your pizza, remove the dough from the refrigerator and allow it to rest for 30 minutes on the counter.
  • If a hole appears in your dough, place the dough on a floured surface and push the dough back together to seal the hole.
