French Salad
This wonderful fresh French Salad really do deserve a place on your table. I have tried more gourmet foods and recipes than I could have ever imagined. One of those finds happens to include this French salad.
You can use any kind of green you enjoy, be it kale or baby spinach.
Ingredients
1 lettuce
4 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 red radish, sliced
1/4 cup cabbage
2 large potatoes, grated and boiled
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
- 1 tbsp water
Directions
STEP 1
Wash and drain the lettuce. Cut into large pieces and arrange on a platter.
STEP 2
Sprinkle over cabbage, cheery tomatoes and radish over the lettuce.
STEP 3
Place pieces of grated potatoes over the salad and put in the refrigerator.
STEP 4
Just before serving, drizzle with sea salt and olive oil and give it a little mix.
STEP 5
Whisk all of the dressing ingredients and add in a small cup and drizzle over the salad before eating!
