What is the perfect drink for the breakfast? You want something refreshing and energizing. Breakfast Smoothie is the best perfect meal and full of vitamins which keep you energized and active. It is vegan and packed with fruits.


The best thing about this recipe is that you can select fruits of your choice and create your own healthy smoothie. Examples:

  • peach strawberry,
  • watermelon pineapple,
  • mango apple,
  • kiwi orange,
  • cherries blue berries,
  • black current banana

and much more….


You can use fresh fruits as well as frozen fruits along with milk or Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup ice (if you like)

Directions

Step 1
In a blender, add yogurt, strawberries, blueberries and banana and turn on the blender.


STEP 2
Now add chia seeds and mix well and add some ice. If the mixture is too thick, add some milk in the smoothie.


STEP 3
Serve right away and enjoy!
