Pan Cakes

This is a family favorite recipe and a great recipe as well.
My 4-year old daughter often wants me to make pan cakes for her as she loves to eat pan-cakes.
There`s nothing good like fresh pan-cakes.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 cup All – purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Butter (molten)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

STEP 1
Combine milk and vinegar and leave for 10 minutes.

STEP 2
Combine the dry ingredients.

STEP 3
Now combine sour milk, egg, vanilla and butter.

STEP 4
Pour into the dry ingredients and don`t over-beat.

STEP 5
Let the batter sit for 10 minutes.

STEP 6
Add oil in a pan and pour batter of pan-cakes in the pan and spread it with a help of a spatula.

STEP 7
Flip the sides of the pan-cakes and place in a serving plate.

STEP 8
You can pour some honey over the pan- cakes if you want more sweet pan-cakes.

STEP 9
Now, they are ready to be served.
