12 May Banana Pudding
- 3 bananas
- 4 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
In a blender, add bananas and milk and mix well.
In a bowl, add the following:
Whisk them altogether.
Stir it in the milk and cook uncovered, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens. Cook on a medium heat for at least 10 minutes and remove from the heat. Cool for at least 15 minutes.
In a serving dish, spread the pudding and put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Cover the pudding with a plastic wrap as it prevents the formation of a skin.
