Vanilla-Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 cup cream
- 1/2 cup strawberry chunks
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
STEP 1
In a large mixing bowl, mix the following:
- sugar
- milk
- cream
- strawberry chunks
- vanilla
- Salt
STEP 2
Mix all the ingredients, stirring continuously to dissolve sugar completely.
STEP 3
Place the mixture in a deep steel stainless dish or a plastic zipper bag and freeze for half an hour.
STEP 4
Serve and enjoy!
