cook 1/2 cup nido/milk powder, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup oil, 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 tin cream in a pan till it becomes thick on a low heat.
once it cools down, add crushed marie biscuits and mix and put in a foil and put in the freezer for 4 hours.
