Add 3 g yeast in 3/4 cup lukewarm milk and 1 tablespoon sugar and put aside for 10 minutes.
In 220g all purpose flour, add 1 teaspoon salt, 15g sugar, 1 tablespoon milk powder and pour yeast mixture and mix.
Cover for 20 minutes.
Take 15 g soften butter and mix well.
Knead for 6-8 minutes until the dough becomes soft and elastic.
Make a ball and put in a greased bowl for 50 minutes in a warm place till it becomes doubl ein size.
Press to exhaust the air from the dough.
Roll and put in a greased baking mould and bake at 190c for 20-25 minutes.
