18 Apr Vegetable Biryani
add 1/2 cup oil and add fenugreek and cook well.
Add ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoon.
Add sliced tomatoes(3-4) and cook well.
add yogurt 1 cup , salt, chilies, turmeric and coriander powder and cook well.
add the cubed potatoes and cook
add the vegetables you want to add more like peas, capsicum, cabbage , carrots and cook
Boil the rice and mix in the vegetables and serve
