Saffron kulcha
Add 2 cups all purpose flour, 2 tbsp warm milk and let it rise for 10 minutes.
Knead it well. Add 1 pinch saffron to ir and roll it well.
Cut long and roll the dough.
cover and let it rise for 20 minutes on a warm place.
make it on a medium heat.
