Brown 2-3 sliced onions. Add 1/2 kg qeema and 3 small sliced tomatoes, salt, red chilies, turmeric, shan masala and 1 cup water and pressure cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.
Now, cook for a while and add ginger and garlic paste and cook till it leaves the oil.
Garnish.
