Boil paaye with turmeri and water and wash them well and strain
Add 2 tomatoes, 1 cup water, 4 medium onions, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 2 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon turmeric and pressure cook for 8 minutes.
Add 4 tablespoon ghee/oil and cook well
Add gibger, black seed, coriander powder and cook for 20 minutes.
Cook till the water dries out completely and leaved oil.
Add water more than half a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 45 minutes.
Once it cools down, check the water level.
Add 1 cup water ands pressure cook for 10 more minutes.
Garnish with freh coriander and ginger.
