in a pressure cooker, add 1 1/2 kg meat, 4 cups of water, 2 onions paste, 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste, black peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, cumin seeds and mix and
pressure cook for 15 mins.
strain the yakhni
Heat oil and add 2 sliced onions and cook till they turn to brown.
Add the remaining strained masala from the yakhni into the onions and throw half of the masala.
add the meat and cook till it changes its color.
Add 1/2 glass of water and add 1/2 kg soaked rice.
add yakhni more than 1 1/2 inch of your finger. cook till the water dries out.
squeeze a lemon juice and put on simmer for 10 mins.
