Heat ghhe and add black pepper, cumin, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and cook on a hogh heat,
Add chooped onion and ginger nAD GARLIC PASTE AND COOK TILL IT TURNS TO BROWN.
ADD THE LIVER CUBES AND COOK TILL IT CHanGES ITS COLOr on low to medium heat and dont cover it.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook till leaves the oil.
Add yogurt on a hig heat and cook till it leaves the oil.
Add methi, freh ginger, green chilies and garam masala and add salt.
Cook on a hogh heat for 2-3 mins and garnish with fresh chopped coriandeer.
When the blood dries out, add red chilies, coriande powde, cumin powder and turmeric and mix well and cook on a high heat.
dont add water
add salt in the end.
