Mix 1 cup all purpose flour and 1 cup wheat flour, 1 teaspoon salt.
Heat 1 cup water and 3 tablespoon oil till it become lukewarm.
Knead the flour with this lukewarm flour and add more normal water if required.
Set aside for 10 minutes.
Put oil on your hands and knead it again and make small balls and put them on a greased plate/tray.
Cover them for 10-15 more minutes.
now roll them on and oily surface with a rolling pin or make it flat with your oily hands.
Use the oil generously.
Now fry them in a hot oil and take them out quickly.
