1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup samlina
2 tablespoon dal mash(crushed)
1/2 teaspoon club soda
In a large mixing bowl add all purpose flour, samolina, dal mash and club soda and mix well.
Now, knead it and make a smooth paste by gradually adding water.
Make small balls and make them flat and cut them with a cookie cutter.
In a frying pan, heat the oil well and deep fry them and quickly takE them out.

Tamarind/Imli chutneey
1/2 cup tamarind pulp (soaked)
1 teaspoon roasted cumin
1 Tablespoon roasted coriander
1/2 teaspoon red chili
1/2 teaspoon salt
25 mint leaves?
2 green chilies
1 litre water
Soak tamarind in a bowl overnight or for 2-3 hours.
Separate the tamarind seeds and blend the pulp well and add 1 litre water.

Khatti meethi Imli
1 cup tamarind pulp
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili
3 tablespoon jaggery/gurr
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
Take a pan and add tamarind pulp and add some water and cook.
Add salt, red chili, choped garlic and jaggery and cook till it becomes thick .
Rady to serve.

Red Chutney
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon cumin
3 tablespoon brown sugar
Add all the ingredients in a pan and cook well and pour in a serving bowl.

Green chutney
1 bunch mint
1 bunch coriander
4-5 green chilies
4 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili
Wash and rinse coriander and mint well .
take out the mint leaves and put them in a blender.
Put the corinader alongwith its sticks in a blender and mix well.
Now add, green chilies, salt, red chilies and garlic and blend well and pour in a serving bowl.
