Dhaba style Mutton
in 1 kg mutton, add oil , 4-5 sliced onions, ginger and garlic paste, salt, chilies, turmeric, meat masala, cumin powder and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil and add cumin and black peppercorns , red whole chilies, 2 cloves of garlic, green chilies and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 2 chopped tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minues.
Add the marinated mutton and cook for an hour on a very low heat and cover it and stir it gradually.
Dont add water as onion leaves its water later.
Check after 30 minutes(you can cook in a pressure cooker for 10-15 minutes)
Keep on cooking for 25-30 minutes and keep on stirring softly after 15 minutes.
ADD THE MEAT MASALA AND COOK TILL IT LEAVES oil.
