Dates Tamarind Chutney
roast cumin seeds and add ginger powder.
add soft deseed dates and 1/2 cup jaggery(gurr), ginger powder, red chilies, rock salt, roasted and crushed cumin and cook well.
Now add tamarind paste and mix and blend well and keep it for 3 months in the refrigerator.
