add 2 cups oil in a pan and heat.
add 1 tablespoon chili, 1 tablespoon crushed chilies, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teasp salt, 1/2 teasp coriander powder and cook for a while.
add a sprinkle of water and turn the heat to low
add more water and cook well.
now add rock salt and cook
add the mashed potatoes and cook
you can put more oil if you want. cook for 5 minutes and add the boiled cholay
add 1 1/2 cups water and cook
add 2 chicken cubes and cook on a low heat till the oil comes up and simmer for 5 minutes
Heat the pan and add cumin and black peppercorn and roast it and crush it well and put on top of the chickpeas and serve
