1 cup chopped chicken

1 cup all purpose flour

3 eggs

1 bread slice

1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2-3 spring onions

1-2 chopped green chilies

1 teaspoon soya sauce

oil for frying


Roll the chopped chicken in the flour.

Boil the eggs and put them aside and let them cool.

Take a bread slice and dip in the milk and squeeze well to take out the milk from the slice well.

You can add this bread slice in the chicken and add salt, black pepper, soya sauce, spring onions and green chilies in the chicken mixture and give it a good mix.

Now, you can coat the above chicken mixture on the egg and make a french coating by putting it first on the beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry them well till they turn golden.

Serve them hot with tea.
