Spring fried chicken

1 whole chicken 

250 g flour

½ tsp salt

½ tsp Celery salt

1Tsp garlic salt

1 Tsp black pepper

2 Tsp mustard powder 

2 Tsp paprika powder 

1 egg


In a bowl, mix flour, salt, celery salt, garlic salt, black pepper, mustard powder and paprika powder.

Steam the whole chicken in a pan.

Dip in a beaten egg and coat in the above spice mixture and fry for 10-15 minutes and serve hot.
