½ cup semolina 1 cup sugar Water 3 cups Make sugar syrup with sugar water & cardamon. Wait till the sugar melts & dissolves. Add color in a pan add samolina & cook till golden on a high flame. Add melted butter 2 tsp. Add syrup in a samolina & mix well & cook till 5-6min. (when bubbles will become thick). It’s done now. Add Almund.
