Ingredients

1 cucumber
2 cups yogurt
1 teasppon ginger and garlic purree
2-3 chopped spring onions
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
salt to tase
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds and grate it.
In a mixing bowl, add yogurt and some water and mix well.
Now add cucumber into it alongwith ginger and garlic purree, spring onions, salt and black pepper and give it a good mix.
Heat cumin in a pan and roast it well and add in the above raita.
Now, garnish it and serve with rice or bryani.
