1 Pumpkin


¼ cup oil

¼ cup milk

1 cup water

1 tsp lime

½ tsp chili sauce

Fresh coriander 


Heat oil in a pan and add onion and cook it on a medium flame.

Add the pumpkin, milk, water and give it a boil.

Now put it in simmer for 15 minutes.

Uncover it and cook for 10 minutes on a medium heat.

Put it in a food processor and blend it well.

Pour this purée in a pan.

Add lime, chili sauce fresh coriander and heat till it becomes warm.

Serve with roti/ nan/flat bread.
