Poorhay Crush 1 Gurr & measure flour (atta) according to Gurr & place flour aside. Add 1 cup water in Gurr & cook it in a very low flame. Stir it constantly. When it melts, strain it in a bowl & add some cold water into it. When gets cold, add 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. fuenel seeds & 1 beaten egg & mix. Fry in a pan with a little oil & serve hot.
