Meat Pie Ingredients 1 tablespoon oil 1 large chopped onion 500g lean beef/chicken 1 tablespoon cornflour 1 tablespoon vegetable stock 3/4 cup beef stock 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce 1 tablespoon HP sauce 3/4 cup ketchup 1 pack puff pastry 1 egg Directions Heat oil in a pan over meedium heat and add large chopped onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add the lean meat and cook for 4 minutes. Mix in cornflour, vegetable stock, beef stock, worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce, HP sauce, ketchup and mince it and give it a good boil. Reduce the heat from medium to low and cook and cover. Put on simmer for 8 minutes. Preheaat the oven to 220c. grease the pan . Take a puff pastry and cut circle 4*15cm from the middle. Fill with the minced meat mixture. Brushwith water and close and press to seal the puff pastry. Brush with the beaten egg. Season with oregano and put in an oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
