Chicken Lasagne lasagne sheets 1cup mozzarella cheese 1kg chopped chicken boneless 3 chopped capsicum 3 chopped onions 4-5 chopped cloves of garlic 2 tomatoes (grated) 1/4 cup oil 1/2 cup ketchup salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon cersuhed red chilies 1/2 teaspoon black pepper White sauce 1/2 cup butter 1cup all purpose flour 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon white pepper directions Heat the pan and add oil. Add the chopped garlic and saute for a while. Now, add the chopped onions and cook for a while till turn to light brown and pink. Add the chopped chicken and cook till it changes its color. YOu can add the grated tomatoes and ketchup, salt, black pepper, crushed red chilies and cook for two minutes. Put the chopped capsicum and add a little amount of water and let it cook for two more minutes on full flame and the mixture is ready. White sauce PLace some butter in a pan and melt it down. Add all purpose flour gradually and keep on stirring till it get dissolved. Now, add milk and keep on mixing and add white pepper. Add some water if required to make it less thick. Layering Grease the baking pan with some oil and put some white sauce and then a layer of lasagne sheets and spread the chicken mixture and cheese and repeat the same two more times and sprinkle some oregano over the top and put in an oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
