3 cups all purpose flour

11/2 cups yogurt 

1tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

½ cup oil



In a bowl, add all purpose flour and make a well.

Now add yogurt, sugar, salt and oil and mix well.

Take a milk and pour gradually and start kneading it. 

Knead it till u get the consistency of a dough while adding milk.

Once it’s done,put it in a refrigerator for almost two hours.

Now take the dough out and make balls.

With the help of a rolling pin, make flat parathas and cook them.

Now they can be served with potato bhujjia and halwa.
