Dough: 
2 ½ cup flour + 4 tsp sugar, 3 tsp butter, 1 tsp salt, 1 egg, ½ cup milk, 2 tsp yeast, ½ cup tangzhong.
Tangzhong
1/3 cup flour
1 cup water
Glaze
2 cup sugar powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla
2 tsp water

Fry the doughnuts & dip in a glaze
