Churros
Boil 1 tsp sugar + 1 tsp salt + 1 stick butter + 1 cup water
Reduce the heat & stir in 1 cup flour till dry out remove from the heat & add 1 tsp vanilla & stir in 2 eggs one by one till smooth.
Cover & refrigerate the dough for 3 hours or freeze for 1 week. 
Deep fry or bake at 180 ºC
