Chicken Karahi Ingredients 1 kg chicken 1 sliced onion 1 teaspoon ginger paste 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 1/2 cup oil salt to taste 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon chopped garlic 2-3 cayenne whole chilli 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon corinader powder 3-4 chopped tomatoes 2-3 green chilies fresh coriander leaves 2-3 garlic slices 1/2 cup water Directions Heat the oil and add sliced onions and cook till they turn to brown golden color. Now add garam masala powder and cook for a while. Add the chicken and cook till it changes its color. Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Add salt, black pepper, turmeric, coriander powder and vinegar and cook on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add red cayenned whole chilies and cumin powder and cook. Now, put some chopped tomatoes and cook till it leaves the oil. Add green chilies in the end with coriander leaves, garlic slices and water and cook till the water dries out on high heat. Serve hot with roti or farlic nan.
