Beet-root dressing
Ingredients
2-3 beet-roots
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon mustard powder'
1 teaspoon oil
salt to taste
1 spring onion chopped
Directions
peel and grate the beets.
Place a pan on the oven with water and put the beets in the pan and give it a good boil.
Strain the beets and add wgite pepper, ornage juice, mustard powder, oil, salt and spring onion and mix well and serve cold.
