BBQ Fish 1kg fish 1/4 cup oil 1 sliced onion 2 lemon slices salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon red chiles(optional) 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds Directions Brush the fish with oil. Layer on top with onion and lemon slices and sprinlkle salt, black pepper and red chilies and fennel seeds. Wrap the fish in a foil and grill. Serve hot and enjoy!
