Balti Chicken Ingredients 1 kg chicken salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon food color 2 eggs 1 cup cream 1 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds crushed Curry sauce 50 g ginger and garlic paste salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 cup water 2-3 green chilies 1/4 teaspoon garam masala 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 6 chopped tomatoes 8 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 teaspoon turmeric 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder Directions Curry sauce Mix onions. ginger and garlic paste. water, salt, chopped tomatoes, oil, turmeric and paprika powder well inj a pan. Now add oil in it and boil well. Add tehe chicken and food color and cook well on a medium heat. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add gradually in the pan while stirring. Add the beaten cream into the pan and mix well. Now, you can add garam masala, cumin seeds and crushed coriander and cook for the next 2-3 more minuytes and serve hot.
