Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 teaspoon gugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder


Syrup:
Heat 1 ½ cups sugar + 1 tsp vanilla + (3/4 cup water – Add few drops of lemon juice & simmer for 8-9 minutes cool.
Reheat over to 380 ºF & grease the dish.
Spread phyllo sheet & brush with melted ghee – repeat this with 6 sheets
Mix together chopped wallnuts, 3 tsp sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon & spread over the sheet. Cover the mixture with another phyllo sheet & brush another 4 times. Make the diagonal cuts & brush with ghee
Bake for 30-35 min
