Punjabi Pyala Malai Kufi
Ingredients
1 litre milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk powder/khoya
2 slices of bread
2-3 cardamom 
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, pour the milk and add sugar,powder milk bread slices and cardamom and cook for a while till the sugar s\dissolves.
Cool down the mixture.
Take one silicone mould and pour the mixture in it and put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
Milk
Ingredients
2 cups milk
4 tablespoon condensed milk
2 tablespoon koya/powder milk
2 tablespoon cornflour
Directions
In a pan addmilk, condensed milk and khoya and cook well.
Once done add cornflour to make it a little thick.
Renmove from the heat and let it cool.
Put in a bowl and freeze it for some hours.
Serve chill.






Falooda
Ingredients
1 cup cornflour
1 1/2 cups cold water
Directions
Mix water and cold water well and put on the stove oven.
Cook it till it becomes thick .
Noe mske vermiceli out of it and put in a chilled water.
Add kewra and food color.

Soak tukh malanga in water for an hour.
Add the crushed ice and add kulfi milk and kulfi.
Now add some jam-e-shireen and chocolate sauce and mix and serve.
