14 Jan Chicken soup
1 kg chicken (whole)
1 tablespoon ginger/garlic paste
1 onion cubes
In a pan, add some water and chicken and give it a boil.
On a low flame, cover the pan and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Once its done well, you can add ginger/garlic paste into it and cook for a minute.
Now, you can add onions and cook for more 15-20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and dish out in a serving bowl.
They are ready to serve.
