14 Jan Chicken Efumin
1 cup chicken
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tab;esppon cornflour
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 carrot (cubes)
1 onion (cubes)
1/2 cup cabbage (cubes)
1 cup chicken soup
1/4 cup water
1 pack of noodles/spaghetti
In a large mixing bowl, put some chicken and marinate it with salt, black pepper, cornflour and soy sauce.
Put aside for an hour.
Take out the chicken and shallow fry it till tender.
In a pan, add some chicken soup and put some carrots, onion, cabbage, salt, black pepper and soy sauce and give it a boil till get cooked.
In a little water, add some cornflour and make a paste and put in the boiled vegetables and cook till it becomes thick.
In another pan, boil the noodles/spaghetti in water for 8-10 minutes.
once it get boiled, strain the water and fry them in oil till they become crispy.
The noodles should be soft from the to and crispy from the bottom.
