Chicken Chowmein

Ingredients
1 cup chicken
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tab;esppon cornflour
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 carrot (cubes)
1 onion (cubes)
1/2 cup cabbage (cubes)
1/4 cup peas
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 capsicum(cubes)
1/4 cup brococoli (cubes)
1 cup chicken soup
1/4 cup water
1 pack of noodles/spaghetti

Directions
Marination
In a large mixing bowl, put some chicken and marinate it with salt, black pepper, cornflour, sugar and soy sauce.
Put aside for an hour.
Take out the chicken and shallow fry it till tender.

In a pan, add some chicken soup and put some carrots, onion, cabbage, capsicum, peas, mushrooms, broccoli, salt, black pepper and soy sauce and give it a boil till get cooked.
Add chicken into it and cook well.

Noodles
In another pan, boil the noodles/spaghetti in water for 8-10 minutes.
once it get boiled, strain the water and put them in the above vegetble soup and cook for 5 minutes.
In a little water, add some cornflour and make a paste and put in the boiled vegetables soup and cook till it becomes thick.
Serve and enjoy the chicken chowmein.
