Super soft sandwich
1/2 kg chicken boneless
2 cups chicken soup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2-3 teaspoon cornflour
1/4 cup cold water
Place chicken in a pan, add water and cook till the chicken is tender. separate the chicken and its sop and let it cool.
Shred the chicken with 2 forks.
In a pan, heat the chicken soup and add the shredded chciken and cook.
Season with salt and black pepper, soya sauce and sugar and cook for a while.
Put some cornflour in cold water and mix well and add the mixture in the chicken soup and stir constantly.
Once the gravy is ready and thick, remove from the heat and put aside to cool down.
Spread the chicken material on the top of the bread slice and put in a damp cloth to soften.
Arrange sandwich halves on a serving plate.
