09 Jan Mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup oil
2 tablespoon cheddar cheese
Whisk together egg, black pepper, sugar and vinegar until combined well.
Add 1/4 cup drop by drop until mixture becomes thick.
With the blender running, slowly drizzle the remaining oil until the mixture is emulsified and smooth.
Now you can add the cheddar cheese while the food processor is running, for about 10-15 seconds, until incorporated.
The mayonnaise is ready to be used now. Enjoy!
Store in the refrigerator for about 2-4 days.
