06 Nov Crispy Baked Fish
1 lemon ( zest)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 Tsp olive oil
Oven baked chips
Mix lemon zest, parsley and black pepper to form a paste.
Place fish in a baking sheet and drizzle with lemon juice.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Spread the paste over the fish.
Now, sprinkle the bread crumbs.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with the steamed vegetables and oven- baked chips.
