Chicken Manchurian

Marination

1/2       cup chicken boneless

1          tsp salt

         tsp black pepper

         Tsp soya sauce

2          Tsp cornflour

1          tsp oil

Cut the chicken cubes and marinate for 4-5 hours and fry.

 

Sauce

         tsp salt

1          tsp black pepper

         tsp sugar

         cup ketchup

         Tsp soya sauce

1/4       tsp red color

2          cups Chicken soup

1/4       cup vinegar

 

Directions

Add ketchup, chicken soup, salt, black pepper, sugar and red food color in a pan and cook it well on a low flame.

Now, add vinegar in the end and cook for 1 minute.

Chicken Manchurian

In oil, add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 30 seconds.

Add the fried chicken and sauté it well.

Now add chili sauce and cook well.

Now add the above ketchup sauce in it and mix well.

Now make a paste of vinegar and cornflour and add in the chicken mixture and cook for 1 minute and remove the pan from the heat.

Serve in a sizzling tray.
