01 Nov Garlic Sauce
5 Whole Garlic
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Lemon juice
1 Egg white
1/2 Tsp Water
Put garlic in a blender with salt and ¼ tsp lemon juice.
Blend and scrape down the sides.
Add egg white and blend.
Add oil slowly in the sauce and keep on blending.
If the sauce splits, then remove half of the sauce from the blender and whizz one more egg white and pour in the split sauce.
Add the remaining lemon juice and blend it slowly.
In the end add the remaining oil gradually.
Add cold water and mix till you get the sauce creamy and light.
