Fried Fish


5       Whole Garlic

2       Medium size Fish

2       Teaspoon Salt

3       Cloves Garlic

1       Teaspoon Red chilli

1/4   Teaspoon Turmeric

1/4   Teaspoon Ajwain/carom seeds

1       Tablespoon Lemon juice

1       Tablespoon Corn flour

2       Tablespoons besan/gram flour/chick pea flour


Mix the garlic, red chilli, turmeric ajwain, lemon juice in to a paste.

Marinate fish in the paste for 2 hours

Dip this in the mixture of cornflour and gram flour and fry in a shallow pan in your choice of oil.
