Fried Vermicelli
Ingredients
1 packet vermicelli
1/4 cup oil
2-3 cardamom
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup nido/cream
1/2 cup water
Directions
In a pan, fry oil and cardamoms on a light heat.
Add one packet vermicelli and cook on light heat.
When vermicelli turns out brown, add sugar and keep on stirring.
Add water and increase the heat till the water gets dried.
Now, put nido/cream on the top of fried vermicelli and put on simmer for 5-10 minutes.
